Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese hand-healing modality with roots in Zen Buddhism, Shintoism, and Taoism, founded by Usui Mikao Sensei. The term “Reiki” translates to “Universal Life-Force Energy,” which is a frequency channeled by the practitioner before each session.

During a session, the practitioner places their hands in various positions around the recipient’s body. This is often perceived as a kind of warmth, which is actually the recipient’s own vital energy (ki), circulating. While Reiki is never harmful, it is always intended as a complementary treatment.

What can happen in a session

Experiences can vary from person to person. Some may simply fall asleep, feeling deeply relaxed and grounded, while others might have visualizations or experience shifts in emotions and colors. It is beneficial to come with an intention for your treatment but without specific expectations. Reiki is a simple yet powerful healing modality that provides exactly what you need.
